I offer online and in-person 1-on-1 energy healing sessions. I am a certified Shiva Murti Healer, Certified Crystal Practitioner™, Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master, and RYT® 200. I've been in the health and wellness industry for over 25 years. I share modern and ancient wisdom, as well as practical techniques, through private sessions to support and foster a sense of mindfulness, peace, and harmony. I  offer a variety of approaches to achieve and maintain optimal health.
